Haven't been to Pho Tau Bay (flying boat) for a while. Always a favourite, but hard to get into and we don't like to line up.
Was particularly delicious today, ordered Pho Tai Nam (cooked and uncooked beef). Broth had great flavour, salty from fish sauce and sweet from cooked bones and meat.
The dish came with boiled sprouts and pre-cut basil - I usually prefer sprouts fresh and to pick my own basil leaves of the stalk.
Still all and all was very delicious.
