Took some wonderful friends to Duy Linh Vegetarian restaurant for lunch today. One of them ordered the curry which looks fantastic, bright, colourful, and the basil garnish looked fresh and wonderful.
Asian vegetarian is a part of life, so effort is made to make it taste good and look good.
Must try this dish next time.
