Now I've seen everything. Was getting some banana in pajamas (below: fresh banana and cream wrapped with sponge cake) for dessert at Bread Top when I spotted this incredible puppy cake... I'm guessing it's fruit sponge covered with white chocolate hair.
A friend got my husband that puppy cake for his birthday last year! Never mind that we're both over 30 =p
ReplyDeleteIt's actually a Swiss roll hidden beneath thin strands of piped, sweetened cream. Quite light considering there's so much of it, and I think I've seen a brown puppy version as well...
Thanks for that, the strands of condensed milk makes sense... the love of condensed milk is Asia is well known (me included!).
