Tan Viet Noodle House, Cabramatta
Tan Viet Noodle House is a popular local egg noodle eatery in Cabramatta. Their specialty is egg noodle soup with crispy chicken on the side. The chicken skin is super crispy while the flesh is amazingly. tender... how do they do it?
After all these years, it's still one of the best cabramatta restaurants.
Walter had his usual favourite, and the other specialty of Tan Viet - hu tieu bo kho, which is a caserole-like dish with large flat rice noodles, generously topped basil leaves.
