Last week, I presented Mr Khanh Giang owner of Pho Tau Bay with the official certificate for winning Sydney's Best Pho restaurant 2010. The poll was conducted by noodlies, Sydney food blog.
It's fair to say he was pretty excited! I remember saying at the time, the win would be great just before Cabramatta Moon Festival on Sunday. We walked past Pho Tau Bay on the day and there was already a queue at noon.
I talked to the owner today and said congrats to him. He was still chuffed about it. Awesome restaurant and I'm glad too that Sydney's best restaurant has been crowned in Cabra and not in Bankstown :P

yeah, i remember eating there for ever.. the owner reckons they've been there over 25 years
