Lion Dance Chinese New Year, Hurstville

I've seen, many, many lion dances, but the troupe in Hurstville today was by far the best - acrobatics, colour, movement, choreography.  As you can see in the photo above, they're literally in the air.

But the video below probably does them the most justice, you can see how mesmerising and exciting they were.



Good on you Hurstville Council for putting on this great show today.

    Thanks for posting this! We were there with my 4 year old daughter and it was truly gobsmaking!

    I almost went to Hurstville instead of Cabramatta. :/ Missed lion dances altogether. Oh well I'll catch one I'm sure!
    This looks amazing! I love the noise and colours of lunar festivals!
