Botanica at Sheraton on the Park, Sydney CBD

By Noodlies: Sydney food blog, guest reviewer, KLui.

It's been a while since my last hotel buffet simply because I am a big believer in cook-to-order. That's when food can be serve hot and just right! However, I love how buffet can offer a variety of food in small serves. Most important of all, the fun from creating my own food arrangement for the camera and being able to spontaneously choose your courses.

Haven't been so full for a long time! My stomach was about to explode.  Here's a few pics of what we had...

Salmon
Smoke Salmon, Sydney Rock Oysters in mini version, Salmon Sushi, Mushroom and Onion Salad, Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad, Roast Beef with Aioli.

Blue swimmer crab
Oysters and the sweet Cooked Blue Swimmer Crab

Kilpatrick Oysters..
Kilpatrick Oysters with Roasted Parnip, Chicken and Papadam, Ham and Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding! This is the first time I had Yorkshire Pudding and I love it!

Pistachio Cake
Pistachio Cake - This cake looks so lonely here...

KLui's dessert Medley!
KLui's Dessert Medley - custard with alaska top, lime and chilli ice-cream and yoghurt sorbert (I love the combination of the light sour flavour and the little tingle feeling to the tongue from the chilli), chocolate pudding in custard topping, berry mix and chocolate sauce.
