Creme Brulee, Redfern

First of all, let me confess that I can not cook, or am that interested in cooking, but I do love to eat - that's why my Sydney food blog is more about the dishes rather than how to make them.

However, after last night's delightful dinner, cooked by sweet Dang, even I know there are at least a couple of ways to burn the top of a creme brulee.  First is by bunsen burner, and second is what Dang did last night to perfection, a self combusting creme brulee... I thought I was watching an episode of Heston's Feast, it was so delightful.

The result was delightful, burnt top and dense, creamy centre... delicious.
