Xoi Mau: Vietnamese Desserts Series


More in my series of Vietnamese desserts that you can pick up at your local Vietnamese grocery counter.

This is another sticky rice desserts, this one is relatively simple, purple coloured sticky rice, served warm and sprinkled with shredded coconut and sweet soya bean paste.  You can also add sugar and a little salt to taste, or I've seen people pour coconut milk over the dessert as well.
