Homemade Lamb Roast

Being a Sydney food blogger means we eat out just about every night.  When we eat at home, it's like a special occasion.  Tonight, Walter's lamb roast was perfect tonight.  Marinaded with rosemary, it was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy but still well cooked.
