Chefs Gallery Restaurant, Chinese, Sydney

After a few months of trial and testing, Chefs Gallery had its official opening today.  Noodlies Sydney food blog was lucky enough to be invited.  We were treated to great food and wine.  The marinated cucumber was both delicious and stunning, it was crisp and light in flavour, makes a great starter.

Then there was my favourite, wagyu beef, which you'd wrap around mint.  The beef was thin, lightly marinated, set off perfectly by the mint.

Probably my favourite on the day was the fried dumpling, light pastry with spicy filling. Perfectly balanced.

I still can't get over how the skilled chefs were able to make noodles on demand, 108 strands per bowl!
