Australia Day Lunch
Australia Day lunch was at Jason's stunningly beautiful house in Kurrajong Heights. He single-handedly transformed it from a run down cottage to an idyllic home complete with luscious garden. This Sydney food blog and his partner had to drive and drive.. and drive but it was all worth it to see his house and meet up with Blanche again.
As for the lunch it couldn't be any more Australian. The amuse bouche was cheeky lamingtons!
Main courses were bbq lamb and pork.
With bbq potato and onions.
And side salad of seasonal greens.
And dessert? What could be more Australian than pavlova. Jason always had a sense of occasion!
