You've heard noodlies food blog rave about SBS Cafe and it's chef, Ashraf Saleh before. He's responsible for so many wonderful creations at cafe@SBS including the popular and mouthwatering Portuguese chicken panini below.
Ashraf is versatile, inventive, experienced and passionate, receiving glowing reviews in many feature articles over the years. He has created menus for fine dining restaurants as well as modern “pub and cafe“style environments.

I was very excited to know he's teaching cooking classes at North Sydney Community Centre.
Ashraf has been inspired by flavours of the world and will show you how to combine some of his characteristic ingredients to produce delicious dishes. Learn to prepare desserts and pastries, Modern Australian, French and Mediterranean cuisines. With the growing demand for children’s cooking classes, Ashraf takes popular fast food favourites and creates healthier alternatives that your child will enjoy creating and LOVE to eat!
Ashraf's Easy Entertaining, starting March 17th, 6.30-9.30pm for 3 weeks, costs $100 (plus $60, covers ingredients for entire course) at North Sydney Community Centre.
