Camira Noodle House, Cabramatta
Camira Chinese noodle house is one of the longest established eateries in Cabramatta, at least 20 years that I can remember. Their other specialty is Chinese bbq takeaway, you know, pork, duck, chicken of the hanging up kind.
The food, decor like the service, is as basic as you get and is very traditional - the sort you would expect to get in Asia. And like Asia, the menus on the walls are 80% Chinese and 20% Vietnamese.
I haven't eaten here for over 10 years and tonight thought it might be a good re-union. I'm having the egg noodle with roast duck. Vietnamese tend to prefer rice noodles like you get with Pho, but Chinese seem to have a preference for the yellow egg noodles.
Verdict? 7/10 and $9.50.

I think you're right, they don't seem to have Hu Tieu Nam Vang anymore... but if you go to the Khmer place on the same stretch, heading away from the CBD (next to the new malaysian place), their hu tieu is ok
