The bi bim bap I ordered was underwhelming, the food hardly took up much of the medium sized bowl. The rice wasn't hot and similarly miso mildly warm. And it took a fair while to come out.
Having fun korean music video on continuous rotation was fun, but didn't make up for the disappointing food.
I love KIMCHI TRAY :) close to my school and they have great food with new menu recently! BI BIM BAP is also one of my favorite;) they give u enough sized bowl for you to mix them which in my case is handy, cause i'm not really a good mixer :p I spilt them all over the place:p I also wondered about "mild hot" rice but, my Korean friend told me BI BIM BAP was more like "cold dish" perhaps try Dol Sot BI BIM BAP if u prefer "hotter" dish lol
