Marrickville Banh Mi Thit (Vietnamese Pork Rolls)

By Noodlies Sydney food blog guest reviewer, KLui.

I was passing by this tiny little shop (literally a hole in the wall) and didn't expect much, but it was surprisingly great!

This place only offers Vietnamese style bread rolls. The menu is simple - pork roll, BBQ pork roll, chicken roll, tuna roll, pork skin roll, meatball roll and salad roll!

I specifically loved their pork roll because of the amazing homemade pate that it came with! It'd even be better when the bread has just come straight out of the oven!

Look! The size is huge especially for it's price!

The place must be ok, it's even listed on Urbanspoon.

  1. I love this little pork roll place. I didn't realise it existed until I was driving up Illawarra Rd one day and I saw a queue of people lining up for their pork rolls.
My gym is only a few doors down and it's very hard not to go there for a pork roll after a work out. Mmm mmm, pork pate :D

  2. There's something perfect about a good banh mi thit, the pate - yum, all types of meats (very viet to mix them) - yum and the pickled veg - double yum!

P.S they also sell the pate separately as well. So incredible!
